Alberto Rolla - Industrials & Telcos

 


For the last 8 years Alberto has worked as an investment banker for BNP Paribas, Abax Bank and as the Head of M&A for Industria e Sviluppo, a corporate finance boutique.


Previously he worked for 12 years as an equity analyst for various Italian and European investment institutions. Whilst as an analyst he was recognized as a ranked analyst  by both Extel and Reuters for his work in the automotive and telecoms sectors.

 

He is also our Chairman and Head of Research.

 

 

Enrico Racioppi - Financials

 

Enrico has worked in financial services for the last 13 years. Starting initially on the Buy side, then the Sell side. For the last 11 years he has worked as an equity analyst specialising on European financials at Schroders, Julius Baer and most recently at JP Morgan Cazenove.

 

He is a qualified Italian accountant, an FSA approved person and in 2006 achieved third place in the Starmine Earnings Estimator awards in the European Banking category.

 

 

Anthony Colletta - Pharmaceuticals & Healthcare

 

Anthony was most recently Managing Partner of two healthcare private equity funds. Before this he was CEO and head of the global healthcare long / short equity and PIPES funds at Satellite Asset Management UK. Previously he was Managing Director responsible for global healthcare equity research at Dresdner Bank in London and, from 1995 to 2000 was head of healthcare equity research and investment banking at ABN AMRO as well as leading the healthcare group at ABN AMRO private equity.


From 1984 to 1992 Anthony was a scientist working in endocrine oncology at King’s College Hospital in London, at The National Cancer Institute in Bethesda, USA and the Department of Clinical Biochemistry at Addenbrookes Hospital, Cambridge University. He was a group head at the Institute of Cancer Research and Royal Marsden Hospital in London from 1992 to 1995 and remains a lifetime honorary research fellow there. He was awarded a Doctorate from King’s College Hospital School of Medicine and Dentistry.



Stephan Seip - Consumer Goods

 

Stephan Seip joined Hammer Partners in April 2010  and is currently responsible for Cyclical Consumer Goods research (Retail, Media).

 

Prior to Hammer Partners,Stephan Seip worked in Equity research at MainFirst  Bank and Merrill Lynch covering European Retailers and Media companies. He has more than 10 years of experience in the investment business.
